the question is my waist trainer too
small
so I think if it's too small you're
going to know because it's gonna be
uncomfortable in my even be painful and
throughout your waist train journey
nothing should ever be painful if
anything is painful
take off your waist trainer its
continued use and see what happens
because if it's painful maybe there's a
boning that's broken or maybe something
else is going on in your body however if
you just feel like maybe that's too
tight I'm not really sure my advice to
you is if you can't fit your fingers
down the top of your waist trainer like
this it might be too tight and if you're
having a ton of fat kind of loop over
the top of your waist trainer and maybe
even in between these hooks you know
that kind of splurging out then it might
be too tight for you it's a little bit
hard to say because it's different for
everyone
but just keep that in mind I'd also say
that the waist trainer it's going to
ripple and the sides like that's how
it's going to shape your waist but if
there's excessive rippling on these
sides it might be too tight as well so
it's just a case-by-case basis I would
say if you're really concerned send me
an email and flex health calm and I'll
take a look send me a photo but if it's
super a ton of rippling here and you
know the hooks are like bursting off
because you know if it's too tight
there's a lot of pressure on the hook so
the hooks can pull out that might mean
it's just too tight there's a lot of
pressure there another thing to keep in
mind that although you know there's
different side squeeze trans but there's
also different torso lengths so I just
want to give you an example this way
strain is actually too long for me so it
goes all the way up here to all the way
down there and from me that's just too
long this is the medium torso 11.5
inches in length I'm actually a short
torso waist trainer so I'm actually a 9
inch torso so the reason it's like look
how uncomfortable it is when this is
like digging into my boobs and this digs
into the bottom so keep in mind that it
can it's the size of the waist trainer
but also the torso length that's
important for your own comfort so make
sure you measure yourself before you
