👆Review On Starbucks Pike Place Coffee Pods By Nespresso

this is my quick review of Starbucks Pike Place
Nespresso compatible coffee pods and
these are actually by Nespresso these
I'm not entirely sure who produces him
or how much impulse Starbucks or an
especial have with these pods because
they did sell pods before but you went
buying that special Starbucks so yeah
he's a from Tesco definitely we're
looking out for them on offer because
they normally go for about three pounds
fair fee ebook so every now and again we
do them for two for five pounds are you
saving yourself about one pound fifty by
doing that no one pound sixty by doing
that so yeah let's take a look at the
puck Starbucks Pike Place roast
lungo intensity is seven I've mentioned
about the strange sort of shape of these
I know it fits into slightly unless
vessels line of coffees that they
packaging this way ball nests best old
don't sell them in supermarket shelves
as I say it's quite a strange puck to
put on the shelves this one for yeah
let's have a look for the English what
is French German and Italian and a
little bit there about the conservation
and the I like to be recyclable but you
have to take them to a Nespresso Beauty
cloth shop whatever they call it to
recycle these pods
there we go contents of ten capsules of
roasted and ground coffee for the
Nespresso system hundred-percent Arabica
is other languages sooo so it's ten
times fifty three grand they're ten
times fifty three grams or that's 5.3
grams per pod there we go
I didn't realize that that's always part
of the nest egg group but yeah here's
the description from our first store in
Seattle's Pike Place Market to our
coffee coffee houses around the world
customers requested the coffee they
could enjoy throughout the day a smooth
well-balanced blend of Latin American
coffees with subtle rich flavors of
chocolate and toasted nuts it's saved
every day at Starbucks store near you
and it's a medium roast they do blonde
medium and dark and apart from that
that's before these it's on your band
which is you can go there that's the
best before dates is it must be the 30
of the eight twenty twenty yeah so
that's it for the park there you just
stop there poke your finger in it and
pull it out affiliations on there to
tear these easier up there we go
soil with some sort of design on the
bottom there see spike place on there so
yeah soil top and bottoms foil
hundred-percent foil mm aluminium pods
bees so as I say the recyclable but you
have to take them back to a nice vessel
shop to recycle and so yeah as normal
what I'll be doing is I'll be trying
these out over the next couple of days
and I'll come back with my more detailed
thoughts
[Music]
so I've had a chance to try these out
and taste-wise they're not as distinct
as when I tried them as beans but I was
mainly drinking it as a double espresso
but it's that typical Starbucks dark
roast taste
I remember in my review of the bean
saying it reminded me a bit of cafe
dialects Machu Picchu but that was a
little less noticeable with the pods the
toasted lot hint is there and they're
chocolaty and err fee it's well balanced
with a nice bitterness and it's quite
rich too so this one is well we're for
try it's an interesting and quite
distinct coffee I really did enjoy
drinking these not as much as with the
beans but the taste is they're very
similar so I'd really like to hear from
anyone who's tried these Pike Place pods
or any of the other Starbucks coffees
all out there
